I’m Kat! I live in Austin, TX with my husband Kevin Fleeman and our dog Luby lu.

We spend our days together making things drawing stories.

Currently, I’m really into illustrating picture books for kids and landscape painting.

I grew up running around in the woods in southern Norway before moving to the US in 2011. In California, I spent 6 years studying design and visual storytelling at Watts Atelier of the Arts and Brainstorm school.
